After my second year studying at an American university in an Italian-speaking canton in Switzerland, I decided it was about time to actually learn Italian. Obvious solution: go work on a farm in Italy. Duh! That's the first thing that should pop into any normal persons mind, right? Of course, I also chose a family that speaks literally NO english in an effort to truly immerse myself in the Italian lifestyle. I have three days to cram all of the Italian I should already know into my incompetent little mind and then it is off to Siena for this kid... Issues.
